Ilse joined SDIM in November 2022, starting as HR Officer and quickly transitioning to HR Advisor in January 2023. A Haarlem resident, she earned her HBO degree in HRM in 2017.

Ilse gained valuable experience working in HR departments across various organizations, meaning the Digital Marketing world was entirely new to her. Now, she actively manages employee well-being, the work atmosphere, and, with the event committee, organizes our much-anticipated team-building events and the annual Christmas party.

Her biggest hobby is babysitting, but she channels her creativity into making jewelry. Always up for a good time, Ilse is almost always present for a dinner or a drink. She drives our people strategies and always delivers on team connection.
