SDIM has been working closely with Google since its establishment in 2006. As early as 2007, SDIM achieved Google AdWords Certified Partner (GACP) status. Today, the partnership extends much further, and SDIM holds the highest attainable premier partner badge with certifications in all specializations.

Google compares partner agencies based on a large number of criteria. SDIM achieves a Google Partner agency “Performance Index” score of 99%, placing it among the top 1% of best agencies according to Google. For comparison: the average partner score is 80%.

Google launched its Partner Program to provide agencies with a quality certification for advertisers. On the partner platform, Google connects advertisers and agencies. Each official partner has their own profile page. Google has tightened the requirements. While companies in the past could display the GACP badge after just one employee was individually qualified, there are now three requirements:

  • Performance: As a registered Google Premier Partner, we are able to effectively manage Google campaigns due to our consistent performance and high optimization score of at least 70%. This enables SDIM to achieve optimal results that closely align with our clients’ objectives. We maintain complete control over the process: we can apply or reject Google’s recommendations based on our expertise and the specific wishes of our clients.
  • Managed advertising spend: Our Google Partners registered Google manager account must collectively spend a minimum of 10,000 euros on advertising over 90 days. For SDIM, spending on Google is never a goal in itself, but rather Google’s measure for managed clients.
  • Staff certifications: To optimally utilize our Google Ads manager account, which is registered with Google Partners, at least half of our strategists must be certified in Google Ads. Additionally, Google requires that for each other product area in which campaigns have been running during the past 90 days, such as Display, Video, Apps, or Shopping, there is at least one certified colleague present. This ensures the quality and effectiveness of the advertising efforts..
